ALL SHIPPING CARRIERS CLOSE ON THE WEEKENDS 

IF YOU PLACED A ORDER DURING THE WEEKEND IT WILL BE SHIPPED MONDAY OR TUESDAY DEPENDING THE VOLUME RECEIVED. 

Flavored Vapor Products are Not Available for purchase in the state of California (subject to cancelation)

As the customer you have the responsibility to contact us with in 1 hour of purchase OR before its shipped to make any changes to addresses or order after placing. 

Typically orders are shipped out 1-2 days depending the volume at the latest from our warehouse and dropped off at a SHIPPING facility. Usually, shipping takes 5-12 days to reach anywhere in the continental US, but during holidays and rush times, shipping can take a few extra days. 

We ship out all orders in a discrete and generic bubble wrap envelope. Sometimes boxes may be used to protect larger orders. 

Currently, we are seeing some delays due to adverse weather conditions.

We are currently only shipping within the United States at this point! We plan on expanding our company as quickly as we are able to.

    • If you have received tracking info, that means we created the label and your package will be picked up by SHIPPING CARRIER from our warehouse the same day or next.  Sometimes they take their time updating the info in their system, but if you have tracking info from us, your package should be shipped out that day or next.
    • Please have patience with us as we are a small business and doing the best we can to get everything packed properly and shipped out to you. So far as SHIPPING CARRIERS and their shipping speed, we can't do anything about their part of the equation.

Required Adult Signature Service if no submission verified: In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all vape mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation. If the package is returned because no one is available to sign for the package we will process a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost.

  • West Coast (Arizona, Nevada, Washington and Idaho) of the US: 3-7 business days in transit
  • Eastern Half of the US:  11-18 business days in transit
