CANCELATIONS
- If a member wants to cancel their policy they must contact a team member before the renewal
- After renewal we cannot offer refunds
- Once canceled discounts are canceled immediately as well
PERK CLAIMING
- THE FREE VAPE GIVEN WILL BE RANDOMLY CHOSEN BY STAFF
- Once you have been a member for 2 consecutive months at the BEGINNING of the 3rd month which is the 1st you may make a order and claim the free item
- (NEW) members can either choose a free Vape or equivalent $19.99 in-store credit for other items
HOW TO CLAIM EXAMPLE
- (Buys one item) - (In notes state you would like your free vape) ON 1ST DAY OF 3RD MONTH OF BEING A ACTIVE MEMBER
PERK LOSS
- If the perk is not claimed on the 1ST OF THE 3RD MONTH OF BEING A MEMBER unfortunately it cannot be claimed before or after.
- Member would need to wait for the next perk month to claim again
