Member's Terms Policy

CANCELATIONS 

- If a member wants to cancel their policy they must contact a team member before the renewal 

- After renewal we cannot offer refunds 

- Once canceled discounts are canceled immediately as well

PERK CLAIMING 

- THE FREE VAPE GIVEN WILL BE RANDOMLY CHOSEN BY STAFF

- All vapes under $19.99 are valid at BEGINNING of the 3rd month you are subscribed to the membership 1st day to claim the  (FREE VAPE)

- Through various member perks that are offered periodically members must claim them on the 1st of the 3rd month of the rewarding month with minimum one purchase

- (NEW) member can either choose a free Vape or equivalent $19.99 in-store credit for other items 

EXAMPLE 

- (Buys one item) - (In notes state you would like your free vape) ON 1ST DAY OF 3RD MONTH 

PERK LOSS

- If the perk is not claimed on the 1ST unfortunately it cannot be claimed before or after.

- Member would need to wait for the next perk month to claim again
