  • Due to the nature of the product, we cannot physically test these products so knowledge of it being fault is not under our control
  • (Lost or stolen)after delivery to correct address is nonrefundable. It is up to you to make sure the address is 100% correct. Alternative option is contacting the post office as they may have misplaced it.

Can we change your address if you submitted the wrong one? : Yes if you contact us before we fulfill the item, we can most definitely change the address for you.

No: if the item has already been fulfilled, unfortunately, we cannot do anything about it. A refund is not possible as we clearly state to contact us if there’s any issue with your order before it shipped out.
